The NTA will refund the fees paid by the candidates at the time of registration. The registration fees vary for different categories, and applicants can check the amount to be refunded by NTA for the different categories mentioned in the table below. 

NEET UG 2026: When will NTA refund the Registration Fees? 

According to the official notice released by the NTA regarding the cancellation of the NEET UG 2026 entrance exam, the registration fees will be refunded, but the authority has not released when the refund of the fees will begin. It is expected that NTA will start the refund process within a few weeks after the announcement of the new schedule of the NTA Re-exam. Will NTA charge any registration fee for NEET UG 2026 re-exam?
