Common Mistakes to Avoid During NEET PG 2026 Registration

Over thousands of forms are rejected every year due to avoidable errors. Here are the most common mistakes:

Wrong Photo Format or Size:
Uploading a photo that’s not recent, has wrong dimensions, or has a coloured background is one of the top rejection reasons. Use exactly a 3.5×4.5 cm white background JPEG only.

Invalid Signature Upload:
A typed name, all-caps signature, or digital signature is NOT accepted. Must be handwritten in black/blue ink on white paper, then scanned. Size: 6×3 cm.

Mismatch in Date of Birth:
The date of birth entered in the form must exactly match your Class 10 certificate. Even a single-digit difference will cause rejection.

Wrong Exam Centre Selection:
Exam city cannot be changed once submitted. Popular cities fill up fast – register early and select your city carefully.

Closing Browser During Payment:
If the browser is closed mid-payment, money may be deducted, but the form may not be submitted. Always wait for confirmation. Check bank statements – contact NBEMS helpdesk if deducted twice.

Missing Internship Certificate:
Not uploading the internship completion certificate or providing a wrong date is a common error. Ensure the certificate clearly shows the completion date on or before September 30, 2026.

Wrong Category Certificate:
Uploading an expired or incorrect category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) leads to form issues. Use a current, valid, government-issued certificate.

Registering at the Last Minute:
Server load on the last day is extremely high and often crashes. Register at least 5–7 days before the deadline to avoid technical failures.
