Bihar NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board BCECEB extended the online counselling schedule for the Bihar NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round after applicants reported server problems and technical issues. Due to the technical problems, some applicants could not submit their consent and college preferences before the deadline.
According to the official notice dated October 22, 2026, the deadline has been extended for online registration, application submission, consent submission and college choice filling under the Bihar UGMAC 2026 counselling. The counselling is for admission to MBBS, BDS, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) and Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) courses at participating government and private colleges in Bihar.

Why Has BCECEB Extended the Counselling Schedule?
The counselling schedule for the Bihar NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round has been extended because of the difficulties faced by applicants during the online process. According to BCECEB’s official notice, the board has received complaints from eligible NEET UG-qualified applicants who could not submit their consent and college choices because of server and technical issues. So, BCECEB has extended registration until October 24, 2026 and choice filling until October 25, 2026.in order to provide additional time. The revised schedule also allows applicants to complete the required application formalities, fee payment and consent submission within the given period of time.

What Should Applicants Know?
Applicants who are taking part in Bihar UGMAC 2026 counselling must be informed of the new dates in mind and then complete all the required steps within the specific time period. Those who have not registered yet can register until October 24, 2026, at 10 PM. The deadline for submitting the application, paying the fee, editing application details and submitting consent is October 24 at 11:59 PM. The Choice filling, editing and locking will remain open until October 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The provisional seat allotment result will be announced on October 27. Applicants can download their allotment orders from October 27 to 29. The document verification and admission process will be held on October 28 and 29, 2026.
