NEET UG 2026 Topper List: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG Result 2026 along with the NEET UG 2026 Topper List for the exam conducted on 21st June 2026. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check the results from the official website. In addition to this, NTA has also released the NEET 2026 Toppers List along with the results on 16th June 2026, including details of top rank holders, marks, and percentile. For this year, 11.21 lakh applicants have qualified this national-level entrance exam.
According to the statistics released by NTA, 138 candidates scored above 690 marks out of 720 and became the NEET UG 2026 Highest Scorer candidates. In the list of the toppers, 99 per cent of them are between 17 and 19 years of age. Furthermore, over 93 per cent of these NEET UG 2026 toppers cracked the examination in their very first attempt.
The toppers who qualified for the NEET UG 2026 are from states such as Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. NEET UG 2026 AIR 1 has been secured by Aryan Gupta (Punjab) and Panshul Bansal (Haryana) with 715 marks out of 720. Both candidates are the NEET UG 2026 Rank 1 Candidates with the highest score in the examination. The list of the NEET 2026 toppers is below.

NEET UG: Nearly 20 Lakhs Candidates Appeared
For the NEET UG 2026 exam, around 22.7 lakh students have appeared from all over India, making it one of the biggest medical entrance exams in the country. Out of the total number, 11.21 lakh candidates qualified and secured 690 marks in the NEET UG entrance exam. Applicants who have qualified for the NEET UG 2026 entrance exam are eligible to participate in the admission process for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other undergraduate medical courses. Also, this year, more than 58% of the qualified candidates were girls, reflecting their strong performance in the examination. As the NTA has declared the NEET UG Results 2026, it is expected that the counselling process for admission in well-reputed medical colleges will begin soon.
