NEET UG 2026 Refund Portal Ends on 27 May: Check Last Date & Refund Details

NEET 2026 Refund Portal: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration fee refund portal for the NEET UG exam on 27th May 2026 till 11:50 PM. The authority has opened the portal for the refund of registration fees on 22nd May 2026, and applicants who want a refund of the registration fee can fill in their bank details online till the last date. 

NTA has decided to refund the registration fee for the NEET UG entrance exam conducted on 3rd May 2026 amid the paper leak allegations. It is the last opportunity for the applicants to get the refund of their registration fee, as after the last date, there will be no further opportunity provided to the candidates. Candidates are advised to submit their bank details, and the ones who have submitted them in the prescribed format will get the refund.

Candidates can receive their NEET 2026 registration fee refund within 7 working days after the deadline for submitting bank details on the NEET refund portal. Since banks usually take up to a week to process refunds, the amount is expected to be credited by 3rd June 2026. Candidates can find the link to submit the bank details for the refund of the registration fee on the official website of NTA under the Candidate Activity section.

Steps to Apply on the NTA Refund Portal

The NEET Registration Refund Portal is currently open. Applicants can follow the steps which are provided below to get a refund of their registration fee. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA.
Step 2: Now, in the “Candidate Activity” section, click on the “Fee Refund Window for NEET UG 2026”.
Step 3: Enter the application number, password, and captcha code, and click on the “Login” button.
Step 4: After that, open the “Bank Details” section.
Step 5: Fill in the required details, including the account holder’s name, bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name.
