NEET Application Form 2025: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test commonly known as NEET is a national-level entrance examination that is going to be held on 4th May for the year 2025. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to medical programs (undergraduate) and it was formerly known as the All India Pre-Medical Test or AIPMT. The NEET 2025 application process was started on 07 February 2025, and the date to submit the application form was 07 March 2025 for the year 2025. To be eligible fo NEET 2025, Students need to complete the 12th class in core subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) from a recognized board. The application processing fee for NEET 2025 is INR 1700 for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and INR 1000 for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender. The NEET application process main steps are mentioned below:
Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official NEET website after which they can click on “New Registration” under “Candidate Activity.”
Step 2: Then download and read the information bulletin and enter details: name, date of birth, category, gender, and nationality. After successful registration, a NEET application number shall be generated. Don’t forget to save the application number for further use.
Step 3: Use the assigned application number and the password to log onto the application portal.
Step 4: Fill in the remaining details like personal information, academic details, and address information.
Step 3: Upload the scanned copies of the needed documents including a passport-size photograph, signature, thumb impression, etc.
Step 4: The application fee is to be paid online through the available payment methods.
Step 5: Review and submit the application form online and save a copy of the acknowledgment page for future reference.

NEET 2025 Application Correction Window
The NEET Application Correction Window allows the students to rectify or change the details provided by them in the application form for a specific time. Application Correction Window for NEET 2025 was announced to be open from 9 March to 11 March 2025.
