NEET PG 2026 Exam Review

According to the students, the NEET PG 2026 exam was moderate to difficult. The exam had many questions based on clinical concepts and practical learnings. Students said that simply learning facts was not enough to answer some questions.

Out of 180 questions, around 15 to 20 were easy, while 20 to 30 were difficult. The remaining questions were moderate. The options for about 70 to 80 questions were very similar, which made them confusing. Some questions were also lengthy and needed more time to solve.

The NEET PG 2026 memory based questions shared by students covered topics from several subjects. In Gynecology, most questions were based on clinical management, treatment decisions and the next step in a given case. Image-based questions on adenomyosis and leiomyoma were also reported. FIGO staging was another important topic that appeared more than once.

In PSM, questions mainly focused on epidemiology and included calculations related to attributable risk and fatality rate. Students found the questions on case rate relatively easy.
