NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Date OUT | NTA to Conduct Re-NEET on June 21

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the Re-NEET 2026 exam date on the official website. As per the new schedule, the Re-NEET UG 2026 exam will be held on June 21, 2026. NTA has also confirmed that no new registrations will be allowed for the re-exam. Now that the schedule has been released, NTA is expected to issue admit cards 4 to 5 days before the exam. Candidates can check the full schedule and latest updates on the official website. Moreover, all the aspirants and parents are advised to rely only on the official updates. 

NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam: Latest Updates

The NTA has officially announced the Re-NEET UG 2026 exam schedule after reviewing inputs received from central agencies and investigation reports submitted by law enforcement authorities. The decision to conduct the exam was taken to maintain transparency and fairness in the medical entrance exam process.

Earlier, the NEET UG 2026 exam was held on May 3, 2026, but later it got cancelled following the allegations of paper leak and exam irregularities. On May 12, 2026 NTA released a notice and confirmed that the examination would be conducted again.

According to the latest notification, the Re-NEET UG 2026 exam will now be held on June 21, 2026. All the candidates appearing should carefully check the exam date, reporting time and other important details mentioned on the admit card so that they can reach the exam centre on time and avoid any last minute confusion on the exam day.

NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam: Admit Card

NTA will release the Re-NEET 2026 admit card online on the official website, @neet.nta.nic.in. The admit cards are expected to be issued four to five days before the examination.

Candidates must download the new hall ticket to appear for the exam. In order to download the admit card, students will have to log in using their application number and password. Applicants should review and verify all the details carefully mentioned on the admit card. In case if they find any error, they must contact the NEET official authority using the helpline number or email before the exam date to make corrections.

NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam: Answer Key

After the examination, NTA will release the provisional NEET 2026 answer key containing the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. Candidates will get an opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key by paying the prescribed amount of fee.

The final answer key will be released along with the NEET 2026 result and no objections will be accepted after the final key is published.
