NEET UG 2026 Refund Deadline Extended: NTA Gives Students More Time Till June 22

Neet Refund Last Date Extended 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for the registration fee refund portal for NEET UG exam till 22nd June 2026 upto 11:50 PM. Candidates who have missed the previous deadline (which was 27th May 2026) for the NEET Refund Portal can now submit their bank details on the official website and claim their refund. NTA has extended the last date for the NEET Refund Portal for providing the facility to the students who have not updated their bank details for the registration fee refund.  Source

As per the official notice, NTA stated that around 13 lakhs candidates have updated their bank details for the NEET UG 2026 refund process. Candidates can access the fee refund link by login themselves using their application number and password. Furthermore, NTA officials have stated that once the bank account details are submitted, they will be considered final. No corrections or changes will be allowed after submission.

Candidates have to enter and provide details like account holder name (as per bank records), bank account number, IFSC code, bank name, scanned cancelled cheque (optional but recommended).

Candidates can follow these steps for the NEET refund process 2026:

Step 1: Access the official website, i.e., @neet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Now, click on the link of “Fee Refund Window for NEET UG 2026” provided under the “Candidate Activity” section.
Step 3:  Enter the application number, password, and captcha code and complete the login.
Step 4:  Check the“Bank Details” section.
Step 5: Provide the required details, like the account holder’s name, bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name.
Step 6: Upload the cancelled cheque if required.
Step 7: Check all the details again before submitting.
Step 8: Submit and download the confirmation page.
