Re-NEET 2026 OMR Challenge Last Date: The National Testing Agency will close the NEET UG 2026 OMR sheet challenge window today, July 15th 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam on 21st June can submit their objections on the official website. Before filling out the challenge form, candidates must download their Re-NEET 2026 OMR Sheet by logging in with their application number and password.

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download the Re-NEET exam OMR answer sheet. After that, they must check their answers and the recorded answers; if there are mistakes, they can challenge the OMR Sheet. 

Step 1: Visit the official website.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Re-NEET 2026 OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses’ link.
Step 3: Students must enter their Application number and password.
Step 4: Next, they must complete the 2 factor verification process by using a one-time password.
Step 5: Click on the ‘View/Challenge OMR Sheet and Recorded Responses’ link.
Step 6: The scanned OMR answer sheet will appear on the student’s screen.
Step 7: Students must download the PDF for future reference. 

Steps to Challenge Re-NEET 2026 Recorded Responses

Candidates who see any mismatch between their marked answers and responses recorded by the scanning agency can submit their objections online by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Students must visit the official candidate portal.
Step 2: After logging in using their Application Number and Password. They also need to complete the 2-Factor authentication by entering the OTP sent on their mobile and email ID.
Step 3: Open the View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses page and check each answer carefully.
Step 4: Next, select the questions where the answers are a mismatch and choose the answer marked during the exam.
Step 5: Pay the challenge fee online.
Step 6: Submit the objection and download the acknowledgement receipt. 

However, students are advised to submit challenges only after thoroughly checking the scanned OMR image. 

What Happens Next?

After the OMR sheet challenge process is completed, the National Testing Agency will review the objections raised. Based on these objections, the Re-NEET 2026 final answer key will be released. Students who have passed the exams can participate in the MCC and state counselling process for admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical programmes.
