The City Intimation Slip is an important document released by NBEMS before the admit card. It informs candidates about their allotted exam city so they can make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance.

How to Select NEET PG Exam Center 2026

Candidates can select their preferred exam centre cities while filling out the NEET PG 2026 application form. Here is how it works:

  • Candidates can choose up to 3 exam city preferences in order of priority
  • City preferences are entered at the time of application form submission
  • Allotment is done on a first-come, first-served basis based on seat availability

Candidates must carry the following documents to the NEET PG exam centre 2026 on exam day:

  • Printed NEET PG Admit Card 2026 (clearly printed – digital/mobile copy NOT accepted)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence
  • Passport-size photograph pasted on the admit card (same as uploaded in application form)
  • Photocopy of Medical Council Registration Certificate (MCI/NMC or State Medical Council)
  • FMGE Pass Certificate (for Foreign Medical Graduates only)
