Candidates who see any mismatch between their marked answers and responses recorded by the scanning agency can submit their objections online by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Students must visit the official candidate portal.
Step 2: After logging in using their Application Number and Password. They also need to complete the 2-Factor authentication by entering the OTP sent on their mobile and email ID.
Step 3: Open the View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses page and check each answer carefully.
Step 4: Next, select the questions where the answers are a mismatch and choose the answer marked during the exam.
Step 5: Pay the challenge fee online.

What Happens Next?
After the OMR sheet challenge process is completed, the National Testing Agency will review the objections raised. Based on these objections, the Re-NEET 2026 final answer key will be released. Students who have passed the exams can participate in the MCC and state counselling process for admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical programmes.
