The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) has officially started the UP NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 1 for admission into MBBS and BDS courses under the 85% state quota. The registration process began on July 18, and the link got activated at 2:00 PM. The registration will continue till July 28, 2025, through the official website.
Students who qualified for NEET UG 2025 can now apply for the first round of counselling by filling out the online form, uploading documents, and paying the required fees.

How to Register For UP UG NEET Counselling 2025
- Firstly, visit the official website, upneet.gov.in
- Look for the Registration for NEET UG Counselling 2025 section
- Enter NEET Roll Number and Application Number
- Fill in personal and academic details
- Upload a photo, a signature, and the documents asked for
- Pay registration and security fees
- Submit and download the confirmation page
After registration, candidates will be asked to verify their documents at nodal centers. Once the merit list is released, students can fill out and lock their college choices.
What’s Next, After the Counselling?
After the counselling process, the authority will start with the seat allotment process. The seat allotment result will be published based on the choices submitted by the candidates. Candidates who are allotted seats must download their allotment letter and report to the college with original documents.
